Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Shipping is added at check out.  We would love to include shipping for free but the cost of transportation is too heavy for us to carry.   However, we're able to keep shipping costs as low as R100-R120 to main towns and cities either delivered to your door or Postnet to Postnet. 

For items in stock , delivery is on average within 4-5 working days and 7-15 days for customized order requests (bigger sizes) or when we are awaiting new stock. 

We will keep in touch with you every step of the way throughout the process. 

RETURNS and REFUNDS

We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes and our sizing is based on average baby height and weight.  If baby is big, we recommend you upsize to avoid a return.  We do however offer exchanges and FULL REFUND for faulty or damaged items which occur in very rare instances.

Received a Damaged or Faulty Item?  We are sorry to hear you've received a faulty item, please send us the following information within 5 days of receipt of your order:

-  Your order number together with a copy of your receipt

-  Item name and color

-  Description of fault

-  Photos that show:  the fault as clearly as possible and a full length photo of the item.  

-  Email:  info@myearthybaby.com

 Non-Delivery Policy

The most common reasons for non-delivery are incorrect/insufficient address info, unknown recipients, package refused on delivery, no-one at home to accept delivery.  

We will attempt to deliver 2 times. If your package still remains undelivered, you are responsible for contacting the courier and making arrangements for either collecting your package or arranging a new delivery date and time by using your tracking number which will be provided to you and sent automatically once it leaves our store. If it still remains unclaimed, it will automatically be returned to sender and we accept no responsibility if products are lost or damaged on the return to sender journey and in which case, no refund is offered.   

 Incorrect or Missing Products

We have a strict quality control process before products are dispatched and in rare instances where incorrect products are sent or there are missing products in your order, we offer a full refund or replacement.
